1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Digital Trade School website at mydigitaltrade.com and any related courses, coaching, and services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Digital Trade School (“DTS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By enrolling, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Accounts & Enrollment

When you enroll, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. What You Get

Your $297 enrollment gives you lifetime access to the DTS courses included at purchase and access to the DTS community, for as long as the program operates and your account is in good standing. The $10/month membership covers weekly live coaching and new class additions. Cancelling the monthly membership ends coaching and new additions; you keep the courses you purchased and your community access.

• All fees are billed in U.S. dollars and processed through Stripe.
• The monthly membership may be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current paid period.
• You authorize us to charge the recurring membership fee until you cancel. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

5. License to Teach & Resale Rights

Your enrollment includes a limited, non-exclusive license to teach the DTS program to others and keep 100% of the revenue you generate, subject to these conditions:

• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw curriculum files, videos, or materials as-is to third parties.
• You may teach the concepts, frameworks, and methods to your own students or clients.
• The DTS name, logo, and branding remain our property and may not be used to imply endorsement of your independent business.
• This license is personal to you and may not be transferred or assigned without our written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, curriculum, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of DTS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials except as expressly permitted in these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate another user, instructor, or staff member;
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access paid content through your account;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code or proprietary data;
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code;
• Scrape, crawl, or use bots to collect data from the Services;
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services.

8. User-Generated Content

If you post content in community forums, coaching calls, or assignments, you grant DTS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you post and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Services may reference or integrate third-party tools, platforms, and affiliate offers. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. See our Earnings Disclaimer for information about results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTS and its affiliates, officers, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DTS and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will first be attempted through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Georgia, and you waive any right to participate in a class action.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
